Waste of time, lack of follow up (south east)

I have been working for pertemps for a couple of months now and I can honestly say it’s been nothing but smooth sailing. My consultant Branden Ardestani has been amazing and has guided me through the whole experience with ease. He has answered all questions and queries promptly and professionally and I’ve never had to wait long for a reply. They are a fantastic agency to work for and I would highly recommend to anyone. I have worked with Pertemps a few times over the years and twice, I have secured permanent jobs through the placements. I have been supported by Branden the last 2 times that I have joined the agency, the latest spell for over 6 months, and have found him to be professional and efficient. He is very approachable and seems to work all hours, frequently responding to out of hours messages, when I expected to hear the next day.
