Pain that I had to wait SO LONG for AD to finish… Not interested then

My experience with Optime Group was extremely disappointing. I was offered a role, completed the required steps, and even signed a contract, so I believed everything was moving forward.However, after that, communication became very poor. I was left waiting for weeks with little to no updates, while the start date kept being delayed. I was left in a difficult position without any clear information about what was happening.Eventually, I received a generic email stating that they were unable to take me on. This was incredibly frustrating after I had already committed time and effort, completed the process, and been led to believe I had secured the role.What disappointed me most was the lack of support and communication throughout the process. I understand that circumstances can change, but candidates deserve transparency, updates, and professionalism — especially after being offered a position and signing paperwork.Overall, my experience with Optime Group was very disappointing, and I would have expected much better communication and support from a recruitment company.

Optime advertise jobs as permanent when they are in fact temporary seasonal roles, despite asking numerous times if role was a permanent position and being told it was after you finished a twelve week probationary period only to find out that the airline/ground handlers substantially over recruit for the busy summer months to handle the increase amount of flights with no requirement to keep the temporary contracts once the busy period drops . Optime also needed chasing to refund deposits taken for airside passes and to correctly pay holiday pay . A enjoyable temporary summer role but no more than that , remember Optime will make good money for placing you within the airport with there clients and you are merely there for there financial gain .

My experience in progressing through the a job application with an employee by the name of Joseph was the smoothest and easiest application I have completed. Joseph is a great help and an outstanding worker who helped me through everything. He definitely deserves a raise!!

Terrible agency dont have your back at all . Went behind my back and got rid of me no warnings nothing. Dont waste your time there time wasters and never reply back to you . Thats the reason im out of a job because they didnt reply and turned it round on me and sacked me . Never again
