I had a great experience working with Roxana Nicolae She is extremely kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she made everything clear and easy to understand, and her positive attitude created a comfortable and welcoming environment. Worst agency I've worked for. I got all my paperwork/references/DBS submitted same day so I could ensure a quick turnaround for my blue pass. The referencing lead, ignored my previous employers emails and claimed to have not received them. Only when I chased she confirmed that it was in fact received and she had forgotten to reply to my former employer for almost a month, which means she could not submit my application (white pass only lasts 60 days so this has really reduced the chases of getting my pass in time) I now run the risk of being jobless due to the stupid mistakes this agency has made. Not only that, but nobody seems to take responsibility for the issues caused by these mistakes. I have tried to ask the branch manager for clarification on what will happen after my white pass expires.. no response. I try and chase the application.. no response or a false statement that says they can't chase. Which is funny, because ABM have been chasing them daily to try and ensure I have my pass so I can continue working. This agency is genuinely appalling, please please avoid, especially if you plan on working at Bristol Airport. Further review - after a few months of working with Optime, I've had numerous pay issues, with them not double checking hours, or just not paying me at all. I've had holiday booked and wasn't paid for, now conveniently they dont want to answer calls or emails from me so I can be paid for those hours.
