I was in communication with an agent from Newman Stewart a few months ago, it was a short experience but I wanted to share it as I believe it says a lot. I was approached via LinkedIn by John, we had a conversation on the phone which was followed by a teams call to discuss my background. I was asked to sign an NDA and fill in some forms before we could discuss specific roles and companies which I did. After talking about a specific company which I spent time researching, I was told I would receive a call by X date. Of course I understand that this was initial interactions but what followed was silence. I didn’t hear back, my phone calls and emails ignored. A simple email back to let me know I wasn’t a good match would have done. No honesty, no integrity.
