I applied for a role through Reed and received a call two days later. The recruiter asked several interview-style questions but never mentioned the role I had applied for. They then said they had no suitable vacancies for me on their system even though I had applied for a role that is exactly my job role. . What I found odd was that they asked how many staff were in the department of a large organisation where I worked over three years ago. If they had no roles for me, I don't see how this question was relevant to my experience. I felt that the call was to fish for information about my former employer so they can contact them to sell their services.

I appreciate the call from Trusha Parmar at Morgan Hunt regarding a position I applied for. However, I felt uncomfortable when she mentioned that my English was difficult to understand and suggested it might be due to my pronunciation. At the time, I had a cold and the phone connection was not very clear, which could easily have affected the conversation. Also, Spanish is my first language and I’m proud of that. Comments about pronunciation without considering other factors can feel unfair. I hope future conversations with candidates are approached with a bit more understanding and sensitivity.

I had a very disappointing experience with this recruitment process. There was an excessive amount of back-and-forth communication with a recruitment representative named Yaniska, with little clarity or progress. The process felt unstructured and inefficient, which significantly impacted my confidence in the agency. Additionally, I was left with concerns about fairness and transparency in their hiring practices. Overall, this experience has led me to lose trust in the organisation, and I would not recommend engaging with this agency. I think agency is recruiting Indians only.
