I had an unpleasant experience with the manager of the agency. During an initial conversation, my qualifications were questioned in a dismissive tone. I understand agencies need to verify credentials, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and disrespectful. This left me with a poor impression and made me feel self conscious.
