UPDATE 11/06/2026 Appalling response from the Agency- you have failed to address the serious employment law issues I have raised and prior communications have shown you have failed to action annual leave accrual not paid, you have carried out an unlawful deduction of wages, breached my statutory rights and the employment contract - you were made aware of these issues during my tenure with you and you failed to act accordingly. I will be in contact with ACAS for the purposes of early conciliation to settle this dispute by means of without prejudice. Should I not hear by the 20/06/2026 I will be engaging this service as is my legal right, I would like to and have tried to settle this dispute amicably however repeat failed resolution has shown the company does not wish to act in the best interest. Lisa Kelleher Appalling Agency = Major Recruitment I carried out work for this Agency and have since left due to repeat health and safety breaches under The Health & Safety Act 1974 & The Employment Rights Act 1996 Sections 44 and 100. As an individual with arthritis being told I cannot wear shoes in the factory/ workshop when lifting heavy materials in a cold hard floor with no PPE, when raising these concerns, I was disregarded and therefore decided to leave due to my immediate fear for my health and safety and wellbeing in the workplace. Furthermore, since leaving I have attempted to contact for over a month, speaking to LEANNE BURROW who is not only not helpful but arrogant, dismissive, unprofessional and rude. This company has still not released my P45 documentation, resulting in my paying too much tax. I have accrued annual leave, this has not been provided to me and contributes to both an unlawful deduction from wages, breach of contract and associates to my protected disclosure under the whistleblowing protections under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 in account of my disability, of which this Agency (the relevant employer) were made aware. I spoke further to the branch manager and still have not had such a P45 released, I continue to pay too much tax and find myself at detriment and financial hardship by this company. I will be in further contact with ACAS as this has not met the amicable resolution sought, I will be pursuing this further, as is my right of a period of 3 months less a day. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, NOT PAID AS LEGALLY REQUIRED, AND MADE TO SUFFER DETRIMENT AS A RESULT OF ANY SUCH PROTECTED DISCLOSURES

As a new employee, I've had a great experience so far. The onboarding process has been smooth, and everyone has been helpful and professional.
