So professional! I first came across Listgrove in 2012 when I received an email from Ryan Kirby, Listgrove’s MD saying he had researched my skills and asking if I was interested in a new position with company based in Texas. It was late on a Friday and I was very tired after a long week and I nearly deleted it. That would have been a huge mistake! To cut a long story short, I contacted Ryan and my ride began! Very shortly after I was the European MD for that company. Later I became the GM in Texas and had a great time working in the USA. I obtained my L1A visa and moved to Texas and had a fantastic time working and traveling throughout the USA including three weeks rowing and camping the entire length of the Grand Canyon. Bit of luck I replied to Ryan. Some years later Ryan called again and asked if I would like another adventure in Oman! Yet again, on his recommendation I was on my way to Oman to become CEO of a large company in Muscat. True to his word, Oman was a completely different adventure restructuring the company and opening another in Dubai. Learning Arabic culture. Personal adventures followed with Desert driving in the Rub Al Khali and diving the wonderful reefs of Oman. Fantastic people and culture. In both these positions I relied on Listgrove to find me key staff which they did without failure. First class people for my organisations growth. Getting to the point, Ryan and Listgrove are lovely people to work with and so professional.
