Richard keep sending me jobs even though I have told him I do not want his roles and to remove me from his mailing list seems to have fallen on deaf ears...

Surprised they rate this highly. Having been retired for 20 years I'm being inundated with unwanted calls. Obviously not a professional company who bother to do any analysis but just rely on contacting numbers at random in the hope of finding a desperate person to cash in on.

Currently have a consultant called Georgina spamming my phone on a Saturday, despite telling her I don't want a job as I'm very happy with my own. She advised she got my number from a data centre as I applied for a job a long while back (been in my current company 5 years, so it will be old data). She continued to press me, telling me I can work alongside my current job, despite me saying I wasn't interested. She then sent me a pay and commission scheme. This definitely feels like a scam company, if this is how they approach new clients.

Connor Wright has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He made sure I was prepared for interviews and would constantly give me updates throughout the process, even without me asking! He was able to suggest jobs that really related to my skills, and I've now been given an incredible opportunity thanks to him. Couldn't recommend Jam Recruitment and Connor enough.

Poor customer service, poor response to emails and phone messages non-existent, no ownership of poor comms, casual approach, no professional attitude. On 23MAY24, I was approached by JAM Recruitment for a Project manager role by Kiearn Clarke. After 3 emails in response to job vacancy approach, plus 5 phone messages, Kiearn responded on 03JUN24 citing job had been revised, no ownership of zero response, or even a attempt at one liner email acknowledgement or quick call update. After 30+ years professional client services and being a prior Client Service Director I find this conduct inappropriate and unacceptable, as recruiters earn fees from placing candidates. I am appalled at the casual dismissive approach Kieran Clarke seemed comfortable with. There is a significant gap in skills and lack of responsibility for actions, and this person should rethink working in recruitment and any client facing role. I’m amazed this person has a job, when I am trying so hard to get one.

Got an email today saying my timesheet timed out - wasn't chased or alerted prior (seems approver had technical issue). when trying to get any information on next steps, 2 phone numbers didn't pick up and no email response (other than to contact those 2 phone numbers).
