We are currently looking for Trainee Recruitment consultants to join our dynamic ever growing company. If you are looking to apply for a job, be vetted and told you're fantastic to never hear anything again then apply to these cowboys! Chased twice and was told to send over CV again to end up being ghosted again... In today's day and age where recruiters have such bad reputations you think they would try and turn that around but clearly aren't reputable. Avoid at all costs!

My experience with IT Talent was superb, especially considering how much of a bad reputation recruitment agencies generally have. In addition to great communication, Brian Pyle has been extremely helpful in providing me with swift references, even though he didn't have to. I am not sure about the rest, but Brian has always been professional from the start to the end of the contract I had, and even now, months after our cooperation has ended. Thanks!

Keep sending me spam, links don't work, unsubscribe doesn't work, told them multiple times to go away and they just don't stop. I don't get what the play is here!

Kevin is very polite, down to earth guy, office is clean, nice, very modern. Me and a friend applied (separately) both had good meetings, I met with 3 people in total, I believe another founder? And their most senior sales consultant. Understandably they had many candidates, however if you need a job right away, this isn't the place, they will never get back to you if they aren't interested. In my case I had turned down a higher paying job as I believed this was going well, and I liked the atmosphere more. Its a shame I never got any kind of yes or no. If you do apply for here, I wish you all the best, the team seems genuinely nice, but if they deem you unfit for the role (I assume in my case) wait 2 days and move on, as they will always be "getting back to you" I assume they do not like confrontation. Summary: chance of getting the job appears extremely slim, they'll keep you on a hook forever, if you are told they'll get in touch. Move on. Edit: this absolute clown called me after a few months claiming to have found my CV and wanted to talk to me about a role, I mentioned I had applied for (kindly, as Kevin was introducing himself all over again) told me he would get me feedback from my interviews from several months ago - then still never got back to me. Feel sorry for the high turnover of staff
