Really disappointing - called Stephen, who is a Director at Initi8. He couldn't have been more abrasive, uninterested and unfriendly, stating "I have another 200 applications in my inbox, just email me", shutting my conversation down within the first 10 seconds. Why advertise a job with a telephone number if you don't want to receive calls? A real shame as the guy who initially answered the call was super friendly and helpful.

Working with Calvin from Initi8 was an absolute pleasure! He was very supportive and professional throughout the entire process. Calvin's guidance and encouragement made interviews feel like a breeze. I would most definitely recommend Calvin and the team if you are looking for your next role.

Got a message from their recruiter about a position. I showed interest, even though I was not looking for a job, which proceed to calls and email communications. Then the recruiter disappeared. If you are not interested in going forward, the proper way is to inform the candidate that you will not go forward with the application instead of disappearing. That is not a professional way. Anyway, I am done with recruiters.
