I had the great fortune of getting a call directly from Antonio after he found me on LinkedIn to discuss my availability for a contract. In all honesty I don't think I'd have applied for the role based on the Job Spec, but he said he could see the value I could add and indeed I was succesful. However what stood out for me was the regular and consistent contact and engagement throughout the process. I felt that Antonio was really rooting for me and he did stand out amongst his peers and the company stood out amongst the marketplace. 5/5 well deserved.
