Handle Recruitment have been particularly helpful with finding me a variety of temp placements over the past year. We're in the midst of a difficult climate in the working world at the moment, and it has primarily been Handle Recruitment that has kept me afloat over the past year. Rebecca, Annalise, Maddy and Natasha have been particularly amazing!

Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been disappointing. Over the years, I’ve reached out multiple times but not received any support or even a response, which ultimately led me to remove their consultants from my LinkedIn. The only truly positive experience I had was with Alice Scott, who left the agency years ago. She genuinely cared about her candidates and went above and beyond to help—something I’ve not encountered there since.

Recently started a job that was being recruited for by Handle Recruitment exclusively. It is a cool theatre company based in Covent Garden. It's my third job placement through Handle; all have been at great companies in the media space. I'm grateful for the support and positive impact they have had on my career. I am writing this review because I’m disappointed by my interaction with Andrea. I applied for a role and Andrea promptly emailed me that we would discuss it on the upcoming Monday. On the call, Andrea explained the role to me. When discussing my experience, Andrea said the the employer would preference candidates with experience in a certain field - which is fair enough. However, Andrea told me that she’d send the job description over to me and I should let her know my thoughts. Andrea didn’t send me any job description and I presume just said that to get me off the phone. The professional thing to do would be to tell me on the phone that I didn’t fit what the employer is looking for instead of wasting my time and pretending that you plan on sending me a job description. It’s an incredibly tough time for job seekers and we don’t deserve to be toyed with like this

I cannot thank the Handle Recruitment team enough for their fantastic support as I progressed through the interview stages of my current role as an EA role within the Music industry. I was lucky enough to work with Hannah Johnstone in Handle’s Office Support Team. She was wonderful to work with, and gave a fantastic overview of the role from the very first email! It was lovely to see so much of what I’d said I was looking for in a next job included that brief. Prior to my interview, they passed on useful insight into the company and what to expect at the various points in the process. It was also much appreciated that I received plenty of updates throughout the recruitment. They went beyond expectations and looked into solutions that were completely ignored by all others.
