I have got to know Matt of the last couple of years as a candidate. I often refer to him as a miracle worker that doesn't just 'place' you somewhere but makes sure it's a perfect fit, personally and professionally. Over the years I have spoken with many recruiters but I have never come across anyone like Matt who has a genuine human approach and care for the candidate's next career move. Most importantly, he for sure has contacts with correct people and still to this day, I have no idea how he manages to open the doors to the companies that can be described as on the 'dream list', and that just says it all! Could never thank him enough!
