OUTSTANDING RECRUITMENT Transitioning from a full carrer to starting a new one was very daunting for me! The amount of interviews I had with no feedback was shocking! I was contacted by Melanie by voicemail and text regarding a position I had applyed for. I returned her call and and was spoken to very abruptly and she hung up on me.

Do not waste your time with this agency. They advertised for Traffic Marshall's for a COVID 19 testing site in Portsmouth. I applied and was very quickly told that I was down for the Portsmouth site. A week later I had not heard anything but I did know that the Portsmouth testing site had already been open at that stage for 10 days. I e-mailed Forward Assist and explained all of this to them and asked them what the position was. They e-mailed me back saying "We haven't been told anything". !!!!!!!! I heard nothing further from Forward Assist ( this was 1 month ago). Do not waste your time with this agency - because they will waste yours.
