0 Star Review I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication was inconsistent and often unprofessional. I was promised follow-ups that never happened, and it felt like they were more interested in filling quotas than actually helping me find a role that matched my skills and goals. I spent weeks waiting for updates, only to be ghosted with no explanation.Sent me to a job that already has someone there then when I rang the office chloe stopped answering her phone and Phillipa cut me off. I wouldn't recommend this agency if you're seriously looking for support in your job search.

Told me long term work available. I get there and there was not. However credit where due, agent Kira and Emma from the management side have both put their best foot forward to make things right. Appreciate the after care.

There is a recruiter called Destinee who is absolutely awful at her job and completely inconsiderate towards candidates. Called me up and said she'd send over more details about the job and instead sent two contradictory emails, one saying I was great for the position and another saying I was not shortlisted. I called them up to clarify and was told by someone that she is busy but will get back to me which she never did. I left a voicemail for her as well but she never bothered to reply or explain the emails. It is shocking that completely incompetent people like her actually have jobs while far more qualified candidates are left to struggle for work. Would definitely not recommend this company.

My son was working for this company through a job agency he is still awaiting payment after numberous excuses and more than a 2 months later and still no payment from sapphire payroll which is who the company used . Absolutely disgraceful making a father wait so long for wages he has worked for . This needs addressing before I take it further .

Broke employment law. Convinced me to take a 100% guaranteed position; even going to the extent of sending the contract and confirming the start date.Cancelled an unconditional offer with no explanation other than “these things happen” is insulting. No care for candidates or how their actions effect lives . Approach with caution and don’t trust a word they say, chances are their was never a position in the first place. Will never use again for personal work or labour. 0/10

Fawkes and Reece are a brilliant bunch of guys. Aaron, Mark and especially Tom Churchill were so helpful in finding me work at a time I really needed help. Colleagues I've worked with on sites have only had praise for these guys too. I never give reviews...but I thought this might help anyone who finds themselves in a similar position to me. 5 STARS!!

I don't have a good experience to be honest. I applied for a job in Derby - Telehandler Operator position. More than 2 weeks ago. I was the first..No response was received. I called all their offices in every city. Nobody knew anything. A few days ago it turned out that the agent was a lady. He asked for my documents, references, everything. The lady said she would get back to me soon. But that was also a lie. A few days ago I had difficulty reaching the Lady / Anna / the answer was that she is on holiday this year. Someone will call me from the office. Another couple of days passed. This has been a continuous lie for over 2 weeks now. / Anna \ ! I think there are too many lies. And the false promise. They put me in a bag as a reserve with lies. I guess they wanted me to kneel. I do not know. But the truth is not for them. Still, I can call myself lucky. If the administration at the agency is so poor? What can the salary be like? So I got to know this agency in 2 weeks. I have never worked for them and I don't want to after all these lies. This is my experience.
