Think FE Ltd

I had been searching for opportunities for quite some time when I received a call from Think FE, specifically from Rhys. From the very first conversation, which lasted around an hour as an initial assessment, it was clear that Rhys was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely approachable. He took the time to understand my background, experience, and career goals, rather than treating the process as a tick-box exercise. Rhys supported me throughout every stage of the recruitment process. He ensured my application was submitted correctly and on time, provided clear guidance on what to expect, and even took the initiative to conduct a mock interview with me. This was incredibly valuable in building my confidence and refining my responses. His feedback was constructive, honest, and tailored specifically to me. What really stood out was Rhys’s consistent communication and commitment. He regularly followed up with updates, reassured me that Think FE were actively chasing progress on my behalf, and made it clear that I was not navigating the process alone. That level of care and accountability is rare in recruitment and made a significant difference to my overall experience. This has been one of the most positive, supportive, and professional recruitment experiences I have had. Rhys is a real credit to Think FE, and I cannot recommend both him and the organisation highly enough. If you are looking for your next role, I would strongly encourage you to give Think FE a call. Thank you, Rhys, and thank you, Think FE.

Working with James has been an absolute pleasure! His efforts.. from finding me on Indeed through to full time employment have been second to none, a pleasant but professional guy through and through. Thank you James, I can't thank you enough

I honestly can’t recommend Think FE highly enough — and special thanks to James, who went above and beyond in every step of the journey. From day one, James was professional, supportive, and extremely organised. He didn’t just “send a job vacancy” — he actually guided me through the full process like a coach. He helped me understand what the college was really assessing, supported me with interview preparation, and gave detailed advice on how to structure and deliver my microteach effectively. His communication was always quick and clear, and he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. That support made a huge difference to my confidence and performance, and I successfully secured the lecturer role. If you’re applying for any Further Education teaching role, Think FE are the people you want on your side — and James is outstanding at what he does. Thank you again!

I had Rhys help me through the recruitment process. He was so understanding and helpful and honestly made it the most amazing job application I’ve ever done. Couldn’t recommend high enough.

James helped me through the application and interview process - he was excellent! Read through my application and covering letter, offered interview prep sessions and checked in regularly! Sometimes when applying for a job or going to an interview it helps to have a different perspective, I would 100% recommend James and Think FE!

James and FE provided a great service in helping me secure my next position. I would certainly recommend them.

Thank you Rhys for all the support in the application process of my new role. I was updated regularly along and the way and advised on the next steps and timescales every step of the way.
