EVP Recruitment Ltd was established at the beginning of 2014 as a specialist agency, recruiting engineering and manufacturing placements on both a permanent and contract basis for companies within East Anglia.

I have over 21 years recruitment experience specialising within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Recruiting for a variety of roles within the FMCG, automotive and renewable energy industries from NPD to product launch and manufacture.

Having experience of working with a variety of organisations from start ups and SMEs to national and international companies, I can provide a tailored consultative recruitment solution regardless of the size of the project.

I begin my search by working closely with a client so I understand the needs of their business, their culture, their future plans and the challenges they may have. I then combine my recruitment expertise, search skills, proven headhunting and selection methodologies, with my knowledge and experience of the industry I am recruiting in to deliver the best candidate that any recruitment search can offer.
