Heather is a wonderful director and is very quick and efficient when it comes to handling any issues.

Enlightenment Education helped me secure my first job as a Teaching Assistant. Heather was quick to respond to any phone call or text message which helped a lot, she was very reliable helpful and checked up with me to see how things were going which made me feel more comfortable to talk to her. The application process was quick and since September I have continuously enjoyed working. She managed to find me a job quite quick and match what I was after to the job which was perfect for me. I signed up with Enlightment Education in August 2022. After having worked in retail for 20+ years, I decided that a career change was my next step. I was just coming off maternity leave and wasn't sure what I wanted to do so decided to sign up with a agency to gain some experience in the child care / education sector. I was nervous to begin with because it was all very new to me but Heather worked closely with me, ensuring that I was happy in the settings she would send me to and that they were suitable in what I was looking for. I was given guidance, reassurance and flexibility, which is always a bonus with small children of my own. After working at a school which I love for 18 months, I have secured myself a permanent role as a teaching assistant 😊
