Craft

I had a great experience working with Josh throughout the recruitment process. He was professional, supportive, and kept me well informed at every stage. His communication was clear and timely, and he made the whole experience feel smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a recruiter who genuinely cares about finding the right fit.

Craft are an incredible agency that have helped me find and manage work for years now. Not only do they offer incredible opportunities, but are reliable, communicative and personable. The staff, Fionn in particular, are shining examples of what recruiters should be. Transparent, honest and super friendly. Can't thank them enough for the help over the years <3

It had been a long time since I’d experienced such a smooth and well-organized process with an agency. It was a pleasure working with Craft, and especially under the guidance of Fionn Andrews, who has the perfect combination of being both highly efficient and genuinely kind, something I personally value a lot. In times of remote work, it’s important to keep the human touch alive. Obrigada 💐

I been working with Charlotte for a while now, and I can only give Craft a glowing review. Great to work with, world class clients, much less pushy than other agents and they make you feel valued.

I’ve been working with Craft for a little while now, and it’s been a great experience from the beginning. Most of my contact has been with Charlotte, who’s been brilliant throughout — always friendly, quick to respond, and really efficient. I also really value her honesty and the way she keeps me informed at every step. Through Craft, I landed a fantastic freelance role that I’ve genuinely enjoyed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with Charlotte and the wider Craft team.

I am working with Craft as a freelance Senior Graphic Designer in London, and I have had a great experience from the start. They secured me my first freelance booking at a well-known agency very quickly after I reached out, which was impressive and appreciated. Having worked with a number of recruitment agencies over the years, I’ve found Charlotte Hunt to be exceptionally reliable and communicative. No email goes unanswered, and her check-in emails during bookings have been both thoughtful and genuinely helpful. It’s clear she cares about the people she represents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with her or the team at Craft.

I worked with Craft as a Digital Product Design candidate in London. They are very professional, fast to respond and most importantly handled my invoicing in a timely manner, bravo and thank you Craft Team : )

Had a fantastic experience with Craft, the best creative recruitment agency I've worked with so far in my career. Jacob was fantastic throughout the journey and helped me throughout the recruitment process and listened to my thoughts and concerns. As a junior I had to complete a creative task and he took the time to look through my work and give me some pointers in how to improve my design etc. 100% recommend this agency if you're looking for a new role.

Craft is truly an amazing recruitment agency that prioritises its clients above all else. Throughout my job search, I felt reassured, confident, and understood. As someone who has always wanted to enter the design world, getting my foot in the door was a dream come true. What really impressed me about Craft was the team's ability to listen to my thoughts and concerns throughout the job search process. They truly took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which allowed them to find options that were a perfect fit for me. And their promptness in keeping things moving and providing guidance was truly invaluable. Their expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to finding the right fit for their clients make them the perfect recruitment team.

I had a fantastic recruitment experience with Craft. Within days of connecting they took the time to understand what I was after and had the perfect creative role for me. This was the first time I had used a recruitment agency with specific focus on creative and design jobs and I'm so pleased as they are on the same wave length as me and have an understanding of the industry which was invaluable. I felt supported and championed during every step of securing my role. I was also kept regularly undated during my interview and offer process, which helped with the nerves! I would highly recommend working with Craft to find your next creative role!
