Very very rude staff, They advertise jobs on facebook then make you fill applications , send cv etc. Then make you wait don’t reply to emails or answer calls. The guy Mathew or what ever his name is, very cocky and rude. I was trying to explain why they taking details and getting us to send cvs or other stuff then end up saying the job is not available. Hes like oh well , oh erm yeh o not sure yeh it’s gone hmm this o that. I mean what the hell this kind of way communicating?? What is the point advertising if you don’t offer people jobs or at least have the decency to reply back to emails or let them know. It has happened few times with this agency. I went to the office directly to speak to them. Some guy opened the door and the other 2 women were talking to each other ignoring me I was there atleast good 4/5 mins before Lucy cane asked me can I help and yes I received your cv will get back to you. Then don’t hear back from them. No good for business this!

Very rude staff of reception in concept. They called me regarding job and when I came willenhall to dudley for registration they said we can't register you and didn't respect my hard working and too much travelling.so arrogant . Please change ur staff if u want worker for ur workplace.

Very good agency try there best to find you a role what suits you

Be wary of this company - I echo comments from others. Staff are very rude, arrogant and to be honest I would think they do not like people of colour. Registered with them, went for an induction and no work for 3 months. They’re still recruiting and advertising for the same role which I am more than capable of doing. When I call the phone is not answered. I’ve gone to the office and Stuart is sat at the desk and the asian girl has said he is out on an assignment. i’m not sure what they do with all the data the collect. I will be lodging a formal complaint as they are discriminating. What fluency do you need to pick potatoes. Farmers boy weren’t silly by withdrawing their services . Seabooks now need to do the same as I’ll be contacting them and letting them know the tactics of this agency. PLEASE share your feedback on here.

Be careful guys this agency don’t respect people’s

Glad to read some of the comments I went to ask if any work ect such as packing, fulltime 6-2 possible and align with my studies partime. All I got was a guy who never introduced his self and say how can you study and work fulltime we don’t take on students as our roles are permanent fulltime. Never felt so unwelcome in my life disgusting, never judge because of career study ect. As I’ve got through part time study and fulltime work in one year already. Not even attempted to look at anything for me and have me stood at the door. If that’s the generation today well I understand why so many are taken to the streets. Was nothing like this in 1990s agency staff had respect I found that guy this morning unprofessional. Il be mentioning this to many others too This was my first today doesn’t put me off.

I've been working with Concept for close to 2 years and it's been nothing but a stellar experience. I mainly dealt with Stuart and Lucy and I couldn't fault anything. They helped where they were able to and there is consistent communication about everything. They pick up the phone when I call and text back when I text. They are great honest people who do a great job and I appreciate everything they've done to help me

Good agency to work with. Staff there very friendly Stewart all the time give you job and sometime extra hour's and payment in right time. 👍
