I'm an experienced marketer who's applied to several roles with this agency and they never respond, or give so much as one sentence worth of feedback. Don't bother with them.

I was initially approached by the CEO of Blu Digital, gave my time to engage with them, and was then completely ghosted. I understand things don’t always work out, but basic communication and professional courtesy shouldn’t be too much to expect. If this is the example being set by the CEO, it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in the standards of the wider company. Very disappointing.
