Don't waste your time. Had a phone call with them. Submitted my CV as asked. Requested next steps and have never heard from them since.

Very bad recruitment company that only waste your time.

Spoke with a chap about a sales role in Milton Keynes. He seemed pretty knowledgeable about the role and company, it seemed like an attractive role, even if the location wasn't ideal so he submitted me for it. I had an interview arranged with the company's internal recruiter, which I thought went ok but not great. Could have gone either way. The internal recruiter said he'd contact the agent over the next few days. I never found out how it went because I never heard from the recruiter again, not even to just say I've not been successful, let alone give me proper feedback. Surely the minimum a recruiter has to do is to let the candidates they've had interviews for them know the outcome of their interview? As a former recruiter, I know time is precious and contacting candidates who've not been successful for their interview isn't going to make any money in the short-term. However, keeping the candidate up-to-date and offering proper feedback might mean that candidate makes them money in the future, after all they were good enough to get an interview for you.. Ghosting candidates will likely mean some won't work with you again. It takes 2 minutes to send a quick email or message to let a candidate know the result of their interview. Surely that's not too much to ask..

Really a bad experience. Front office lady behaved very rude and unprofessional. I dont why they recruitment these type of idiots.
