I received a call from Cassie a few weeks ago now for a position of Project Manager BAe Systems in Gillingham.  She described the role in detail, I said I was interested, she promptly supplied a copy of the details around the role and BAe systems itself, so I could go onto their website and learn more about the company and organisation which was really helpful and put things in perspective to the role and what they were looking for. I received a call the following day from Cassie asking if I was happy with everything, I was comfortable with everything, and she submitted my details.  Within a few days an interview was set-up at a time which suited both parties.  Following on from this and prior to the interview Cassie spent time talking to me about the role and provided some really valuable interview techniques and information of how to approach the interview itself. I attended the interview and I felt very positive about the role when I left.  I provided my feedback to Cassie and she was pleased, they did however still have a further two interviews to conduct before deciding upon the candidate.  The following week Cassie delighted in telling me that I had been selected for the role, I was very happy with the feedback and in principle I accepted the role.  I am currently going through all of the security checks to receive the final contract. In summary, I found Cassie to be very knowledgeable about the role and the orgaisation, she went out of her way to keep me appraised and informed of any feedback.  During my conversations with Cassie, I found she put me at ease and was prepared to take a moment just to enquire if I had a good weekend, which increased my level of ease further, she is an effective and positive communicator.  Always willing to take my call or call back as soon as she could.  Everything at the interview fell into the advice that Cassie provided to me, and all of the feedback was extremely positive. I cannot thank Cassie enough for all of the help and support she provided to me during this period, she certainly went the extra mile and looked at things through the lens of the customer.  It is so good to be able to deal with a professional, experienced recruiter.  I have had some nightmares in the past.  My experience with Atlas and Cassie has been a complete joy from start to (almost) finish, I cannot praise her highly enough, she is a great resource and advocate for Atlas which I'm sure you already know
