I worked closely with James Frost, having connected directly through LinkedIn. He is by far the best recruiter I have worked with across any industry. Not only is he very involved in the hiring process from the beginning, but he is also a great mind - being able to identify very quickly what best suits a candidate in terms of environment, motivations, incentives etc. He goes above and beyond, staying in contact throughout the whole process even after hours, and is extremely dedicated to your success every step of the way. I must admit, a large proportion of my success in job hunting can be attributed to James. I haven't been in the industry long and my experience, although valuable, is limited. James helped me overcome this hurdle tremendously. He gave me tips and advice for every aspect of the market, for every aspect of the interview, and for every quality of preparation.
