I've had the pleasure of working for Arc Hospitality over the last month whilst I have been carrying out my job search. The team is very helpful, supportive and responsive - as someone who has worked in Hospitality for nearly 10 years and has worked in Recruitment for 6, those three traits are the most important things when undertaking what is a very difficult and stressful job. All of my instructions were very clear and although I did have some difficulty signing up over Christmas and getting shifts (which was likely a very busy time for the team), since I started my new job search recently, everything has been consistent and run like clockwork. I especially appreciate getting booked during irregular hours. I believe at one point I had a booking come through at 10:30pm on a Sunday night! This should be a testament to how hard Kerry and the team work - as someone who has been there and done that in the medical sector, these are the little things that often get overlooked. Nothing but praise for you guys! Keep up the good work!

They sacking you if you defending yourself, they have problem and issues . They think they can do everything and management try impressing you. Doesn’t car about labour . They will be in court

Just a very poor recruitment process altogether. Despite having 11 years in hospitality management/ successfully running businesses, I'm deemed by people who don't know what they are doing as not meeting the standard. No reasons why I was unsuccessful either so how am I supposed to learn from this?
