Unpaid wages Labourer united kingdom I worked through this company in August 2025. Despite completing the agreed work and repeatedly requesting payment, my wages have still not been paid. Communication was very difficult and I did not receive clear or timely responses regarding my pay. This situation caused unnecessary stress and I would advise others to be cautious and ensure payment terms are clearly confirmed in writing.

I worked for apex last November 2025 and was underpaid. I contacted them and a Person called Ali that it will be paid on the next wages. This went on for 6 weeks with still no payment. So I changed agencies and contacted the inland revenue that day. When I filed my tax return I informed them that Apex still hasn't paid me a year on because they have done it to other employees i spoken to. So that way any money owed Ali could keep and avoid paying the tax on it.If you are owed any wages from apex contact your tax office ASAP and report the matter.
