A4 plus is a wonderful design consultancy to work with. They are friendly and helpful to deal with, thorough at what they do!

This is my 2nd testimonial for Steve and the A4 plus team. I finalised the 3rd iteration of my design which was completely different to the first 2 versions. The idea it self was far from usual and naturally came with some uncertainty. The A4 Plus team were very helpful in refining the structural support ribbing and then testing the concept via Finite Element Analysis. The analysis looked encouraging, so I progressed to the 3D printed stage to test it in real life. Everything worked well and I progressed to the next stage of tooling for manufacturing by injection moulding. The A4 Plus team prepared the manufacturing data and prepared the CADs to the tooling designers specifications. I am delighted to say that the moulds are working really well and the product has been safety tested and cleared for sale. This is my first time at the design and manufacturing end of a product. Throughout the process with Steve and his team, communication has been easy and clear! That alone made it feel like I was in safe hands. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience there and this coupled with the good communication made it a fantastic experience for me and I look forward to working with them again :)
