I started my career in the fast lane, recruiting for global banks in the City, but quickly realised my passion wasnβt just in placing candidates. It was in building long-term partnerships with clients who care deeply about their people and want to hire with intention, not just urgency.
Fast forward to now: I run Saisei Talent, a boutique search consultancy specialising in senior People, Culture and Talent roles across the creative, tech, media and entertainment worlds. I work best with mission-led founders and People leaders who want to build workplaces where humans thrive.
