Wise Employment is a privately owned company, and celebrated over 30 years in business in October 2011. Wise Employment started its operation during the recession of the early 1990s, as the directors believed there was a niche in the market for a quality driven organisation. From humble beginnings in Swindon, it is now a 14 branch operation, employing almost 100 permanent staff, thousands of temporary staff as well as placing many candidates in permanent jobs on a weekly basis.
Wise Employment has expanded both organically and through acquisitions to become one of the largest independent recruitment companies in the South and South West. Acquisitions included the AYS & The Jade Group in 2002, Smart Recruitment in 2008, Pro Personnel, Workforce Direct and Absolute Driver Solutions in 2011.
As we have expanded our operation to enlarge the branch network, we have strengthened our management team with well respected industry professionals who share our passion for recruitment, our commitment to excellence and our enthusiasm for providing tailor-made services which truly meet our clients' needs.
Today the Wise Recruitment Group specialises in the temporary and permanent recruitment of Office, Finance, Industrial, Driving, Driver Training, Technical, Construction, Healthcare and Education staff through 5 separate brands of Wise Employment, Smart Recruitment, Pro Education, Wise Driver Solutions (WDS) and Absolute Driver Training.
