Would not recommend William Rose Associates. Communication was minimal, and there was no real effort to match me with opportunities despite my suitability for one of their roles. Most contact promised never materialised, and during screening it was clear the representative lacked understanding of both the role and the industry. Candidates deserve recruiters who listen, engage, and come prepared—sadly, that was not my experience.

Could not recommend William Rose highly enough, I primarily dealt with Adriana who was amazing throughout the process. She stayed in constant communication with me and was great in making sure I was prepared before my interviews. With their help I secured a role in a matter of weeks which I am so grateful for!
