Bringing together over 15 years experience within the recruitment industry it was our aim to create a recruitment business that truly met the needs of our clients and where reliability, honesty and simplicity comes as second nature.
With an office in Wakefield, we have the flexibility to be able to meet our candidates locally for face-to-face interviews to gain a greater understanding of their requirements.
West Riding Recruitment specialises in commercial and office based roles, industrial and warehouse operations, logistics and engineering, with both permanent and temporary positions available.

As an employer we had an absolutely fantastic experience with this agency. They sent us a selection of high quality candidates to consider and we found the perfect match for our Admin Assistant vacancy. We have now taken the decision to take on this member of staff on permanently after a number of months of employing them through West Riding. My point of contact at West Riding has been Rebecca who is the most lovely lady who has been so helpful and supportive throughout this process and been an absolute joy to deal with. I'm hoping that we will need a temp again soon so that I can call on Rebecca to help us out again. Thank you so much for a great service!

I was contacted via Indeed at 8 a.m. on a Monday about a job supposedly starting the next day at 6 a.m.— with no interview or details confirmed. I replied within an hour asking for the address but got no response, even after emailing them. The only location info given was “BD3,” which wasn’t enough. I ended up missing the job due to their lack of communication. It felt like a complete waste of time and hope—zero efficiency or professionalism.

Absolutely disgusting employment agency, lies and more lies, advertising jobs that don't exist, not to mention the wages. AVOID UPDATE, when you leave them a bad review, they resort to sending you harassing WhatsApp messages, very professional. If you want good reviews, don't mess with people's livelihoods.

Read your contract with this agency, or you will be out of pocket. Sent to a job in Wakefield which was supposed to be booked, company had never booked a driver. No sorry from agency nothing. STAY AWAY.
