Louise and Matt are so professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I applied for a position as an accounts manager. Louise then called me to say she wanted to meet me and have a chat about my life and the position I had applied for, she made me feel very relaxed and was very informative about the process should I make it to interview stage. My first interview went very well, Matt attended the interview along with the my potential future employer. I was given feedback straight away and after a few days I was invited to attend a second interview and was asked to do a presentation to show more about myself. Both Louise and Matt prepped me before hand and gave me so much confidence. After the interview I was later offered the job which made me feel very proud and thankful to both Louise and Matt for their amazing advice.
