Overview
Created in 2008, Vision for Education is a well-established, market-leading teacher supply agency with industry experience and expertise.
We recruit and supply teachers and other support staff for primary, secondary and SEND schools and other learning institutions. Our branches are located all across the country. We are always looking to recruit experienced and newly qualified teachers, teaching assistants (TAs), higher level teaching assistants (HLTAs), cover supervisors and other school support staff for day-to-day supply, short and long-term placements and permanent jobs.
We have grown since then to become an official supply partner of Tes Global, cementing our position as the industry's most trusted recruitment partner.
Our consultants are knowledgeable about the current educational climate and the challenges that teachers and support staff face. We develop close relationships with teachers and schools to understand their needs.

I usually don’t like to write negative reviews as it’s not my style but I would have wanted someone to have let me know what this agency was like before I tried to work with them, which is the only reason I am writing this review. It has been over three months since I have signed up with them, and my dbs came back two months ago. Their manager has been my consultant after my previous one went on maternity leave, and she has taken almost a week to reply to every message I send her, which are all attempts to check what else needs to be cleared with my registration. Each time she would tell me everything was almost sorted, she would find another issue with my file and make me wait another week. Eventually, I gave up and found another agency that cleared me in two days. They are not efficient, especially considering it was the manager who was leading this, and they don’t respect your time and efforts to start working. Their communication is the worst I’ve experienced, as I’ve worked with other agencies in the past. I would find another agency like AK teaching or Education World, as they will be a lot more quick to respond and show genuine care in wanting to help you start working :)
