I have recently taken up a position within VES Recruitment and have found the experience to be very positive. My account manager Rhi demonstrates a high level of professionalism and compassion, with a genuine understanding of individual needs. Her supportive and approachable management style has made the transition into the role smooth and reassuring. Overall, I am very satisfied with the position and the level of support provided.

VES is an incredible, reliable, and friendly agency to be a part of, they’ve made the whole process of finding and settling into different roles across schools really comfortable. They have been very flexible and accommodating to my schedule due to university commitments. The team and particularly Rhiannon as my account manager is really supportive, easy to communicate with, and always goes above and beyond to help whenever necessary. She’s really approachable, with regular check ins genuinely caring about making sure everything’s going well.

I've had a wonderful experience working with VES so far. The communication and support are excellent, and I always feel respected and valued. Had a bad experience and lost my spark because of a previous agency but VES helped me to bring it back! Can’t fault the team at all, had to leave due to financial reasons but I’m hoping to come back within the next year!

I signed up with VES August 2024, having worked through them in previous years before getting a maternity cover in a school. I chose to return to VES as they had consistent work for me and were extremely helpful and supportive.
