Verso were open, professional and transparent throughout the recruitment process

I was approached by David about a role and he was really easy to talk to and transparent from the start. I wasn't the perfect fit for the role on paper but he made sure he understood my skills and experience. I was looking for 4 days whereas the role was full time, and he took the time to know what I was looking for and fed this back to the potential employer so there were no surprises. He took the time with me so I knew what the role was, and it had been 10 years since I had an interview and he was so supportive, it helped a lot. Long story short I went on to get the role and David made the process really easy. He also followed up after I'd accepted to make sure I had all the information I needed.
