I have had a very positive experience working with Veritas Education, particularly as a supply teacher navigating different schools and settings. What has stood out most is the personal and responsive support provided by the team. Supply teaching can often feel uncertain, but Veritas have been clear, organised and proactive in their communication, which makes a real difference when you are preparing for short-notice roles. I would like to make a special mention of Kitty Sheldrake, who has been outstanding. Kitty is professional, approachable and genuinely supportive. She takes the time to understand your strengths, preferences and availability, and works hard to match you with suitable placements. Her communication is prompt and reassuring, and she consistently follows up to check how placements have gone, which shows a strong level of care and professionalism. Overall, Veritas are a reliable and teacher-focused agency that values the people they place. I would confidently recommend them to other supply teachers looking for a supportive agency, and Kitty Sheldrake in particular is a real credit to the team.

Worked as part of this company for 5 months. It sucked soo bad. Barely any job availability, no consistency in the role and just not good overall. I hated it and would not wish it on my worst enemy. In 5 months I received 4 jobs. That’s it nothing more just stress and nothing good. They don’t offer training and they absolutely do not offer reliable jobs or positions.
