I do not recommend. Towards the end of 2025 I had an interview arranged with a firm located in Greater Manchester, Victoria was helpful in arranging this. The interview took place via teams and I finished feeling positive. I asked Victoria for updates and I was informed that the person who did the interview was busy, I then contacted Victoria again for an update, the message was read but I received no reply. I then contacted Victoria again and this message was ignored. I do feel this was unprofessional. I also feel it’s unprofessional when it is your job to help people secure a job. Surely the right thing to do is to pick up the phone and update candidates if they have been successful or not, and if not, provide feedback. Communication, transparency and feedback is key and unfortunately this is what was not delivered.

Hi Valenti recruitment I just wanted to drop a quick thank you etc I honestly thought that this must be Victoria's recruitment company, as she goes beyond what is expected......(serious) Victoria has been a superstar throughout my whole recruitment period.
