I used to work for V3 years ago and it was the best agency at this time. Now I decided to try again, agency has changed, but is even better then was before. They found me a job which I asked for very quickly and straight away for full time. I spoke with Chloe, very professional recruiter.

Chloe was very attentive and helpful. She was always clear and objective, providing information. I had two experiences with the agency and both were very successful.

I’m not usually one to spread negativity but didn’t have a great experience to be honest. Applied for a role, spoke to Karen on the phone as no one had phoned after I submitted my CV after a few days. Scheduled a phone interview for the following day on my lunch break. No one phoned. Phoned to chase up and was told I would get a call back immediately. No one ever phoned back. Another Google Review has commented on Karen doing exactly the same thing so I would really look into her professionalism if it isn’t V3 pulling these strings?? If everyone else’s experience is like this I would’t bother. I mean, don’t these people get money out of recruiting people? Didn’t clearly want my business but don’t be so rude as to schedule interviews and never phone back! Got another job the next day with a clearly more reputable and interested recruiter. Reading their reviews to complaints, they put all the blame on the applicant and make excuses. So unprofessional, buck up your business! PS I don’t want a reply to this review as you will make something up like “you aren’t on our records” blah blah! Just a warning to everyone I am a real human being that had a bad experience with this company. They clearly have a communication issue. If you think someone isn’t right for a job, have the decency to contact them after they take the time to apply and don’t (as you have on other reviews) make it the applicants responsibility to chase you and blame it on how many calls you get a day or that there are too many people to get back to. Ridiculous! If you have to, just send an automated email back saying you were unsuccessful. It takes seconds! Cleary people at the top don’t know how to run a business and gaslight every bad reviewer on here that they either have never heard of them or it’s all their fault! Avoid!!
