Uxbridge Employment Agency

This is my first experience of temping after a 20+ year gap and I can't recommend Uxbridge Employment Agency enough. Charlene and Lauren have secured me a great ad hoc temporary role, which is exactly what I was looking for. Having also signed up with some of the larger agencies last year and not always receiving a response, let alone any work, it is refreshing to deal with an agency with such a professional, yet personal approach.

I have worked with a lot of recruitment agencies who make big promises from the start but often fall short when it comes to genuinely supporting candidates. However, my experience with Uxbridge Employment Agency has been completely different. Dana in particular has been a star in really taking the time to understand who I am and what I was looking for in my next role. She has been prompt, supportive, and extremely helpful throughout the process, especially in helping me better understand the company and what they were looking for, while acting as a great middle person between both sides. I truly appreciate the effort she put in to go above and beyond, and I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a recruitment agency that genuinely cares.

After being made redundant and feeling anxious looking for new work this agency completely changed that experience. The staff are lovely, supportive and motivated. Within a time frame of 2 weeks the agency helped me to secure a permanent job that obtains all the criterias I needed/wanted in a job.
