Although the HO roles offered were just not for me, overall I found the agency and Simon very professional and have recommended them to friends With agencies, no one shoe fits all...so in other words, you try different ones until you find one that works for you.

If you get a guy named Simon don’t bother with this company. There have been multiple people who have come forward within the Kiwi and Aussie communities sharing terrible stories about his abusive behaviour when dealing with him as their recruiter. All of the accounts follow the same pattern, extreme bullying in order to manipulate vulnerable people (within the cost of living crisis) into accepting extremely low-paid jobs that they are overqualified for in order to get a quick paycheck.

Simon is a piece of work and hopefully not representative of this recruitment agency. Had my partner in tears after berating her for 20 minutes. Get a life.
