I had a brilliant experience dealing with Rachel from Todd Hayes Ltd. Extremely professional and took the time to understand my individual strengths, which she then highlighted to a potential employer. Her communication was first class and kept me informed all the way through the process. So glad to say I got the role and am over the moon, one word sums up my experience - Fantastic

I haven’t met an organisation in a while which such professionalism. Miss Rachel and Miss Emma kept me informed at every stage and their communication was above and beyond. Absolutely amazing

Grace from Todd hayes recruitment helped me land a job from a high end marine engineering company and I’m truly thankful. From start to finish everything was put into place to ensure both myself and the employer was happy and communication was excellent the entire time. A big thank you to grace and the team for helping me secure this role as it’s a dream job I have fallen into.

Best recruitment agency I have ever worked for, prompt replies to queries whether it is a payment or holiday query. Special mention to Businesses Admin Emma W for dealing with my queries in a timely and efficient manner. I have just been given a Fixed Term Contract with the company that Todd Hayes got me initially a 5 week contract in April. I would recommend anyone in the Norwich area looking for employment to give Todd Hayes a call, you will not be disappointed. You are treated as a person not just a payroll number. 10/10.

Hands down the best recruitment agency experience I’ve ever had. Grace and Emma were an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step and went out of their way to offer help whenever they could. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Such a helpful company! Always giving updates and advice, very attentive! Special thank you to Grace!

She made the entire process smooth, much less stressful than I expected and I’m really grateful for everything she’s done for me :)
