Waste of Time, very dismissive when calling up. Was sent an email to go to the office to register but then told its not needed and to just apply online. Spoke to Olga. Wouldn't reccomend

3 times i have registred with this joke of a company and travlled to middleton for an induction at tool station and 3 times they have said your definetly starting on monday then the txt comes later that day hi scott the company have not got back to us yet we will call when they do 4 weeks later still no phone call and still no start day after ringing more than enough times Same thing 3 seperate times when doing an induction at tool station then when i ask if they have anything else they say we will have a look and let you know then your waiting another week and no phone call Waste of peoples time and money the worst agency in manchester by a country mile better off contacting ideal recruit, proman, major recruitment, careermakers, start people or any other agency for that matter anything is better than this one

A complete waste of time. This agency makes you come in for an interview and induction/walkaround, then gives no response even after three weeks. I’ve been calling every week and keep getting the same generic reply with no update. I’ve never had this experience with an agency. Genuinely shocked my service.

Seriously, why are you recruiting then if someone applies 100 jobs over your advertisement, and don’t get calls or emails from the recruiter? And leave it blanked, and no answer nothing? I think Olga was last time I spoke to she left me the email to send my cv there I messaged her back she blocked my number. That’s what all this agency is about if we can be brutally honest. Awful!

Jamie Davies the recruiter that managed my application gave amazing support ensuring I was fully informed and prepared for my interview along with following up with me after it. His friendly welcoming attitude made me wish I was going to interview to work with him and his team instead. 😂

My experience of dealing with this company hasn't been pleasant, at all. I rang to speak about a role, was told Ryan the person looking after it was on another call and would give me a call back. He didn't. I rang again and managed to get a hold of him, but he was so unprofessional on the phone, muting himself and saying he had other emails to deal with. He ended the call with the promise of giving me a call back ASAP, which he never did. The lack of professionalism and poor communication reflect poorly on the company and is off putting.

I've been in my job as a self employed person working offshore and onshore for 30+ years .After Christmas I was having a break took a few courses and updated my CV .few days later had a phonecall form Gary offering me a supervision job ,nothing big or long term but agreed a rate and that was that !!!!Second week in first pay day couple ov hundred Short on agreed day rate ,after been passed around rate was agreed AGAIN !!!!! Another week in Guess what same rate wrong again !!!! Last week spoke with James agreed a rated asked to confirm correct rate and if it was back dated as its now a few hundred pounds !!!!!in 30 years not had this rubbish ,cowboy mentality ,the firm are actually good ive been working for but I would avoid this agency as very very unprofessional!!!!!and by all the rubbish reviews im certainly not the first .

Find a job is stressful but these had made it worse 3 week of wasted time they ain’t willing to help or even communicate except a man that was really nice but couldn’t help due he deal with other area not mine so big up to him but the woman must hate her job

Good people I have been a victim of this agency for 3 weeks you told me to send my CV with my personal details and they tricked me into giving me a job in Widnes milk production I would give a big report and I will send a report to the Minister of Labor and because this agency does not offer stability and lies all the time that it gives work I ask people not to register with this agency it is a liar
