Since I had used Think Specialist Recruitment in the past when I was made redundant due to Coronavirus, they were my first point of call when I needed a new job. I honestly have nothing but praise for this team, their service is outstanding. Ryan provided the most amazing support, and kept in touch with me regularly throughout the entire recruitment process. He gave a lot of his time and really listened to what I needed. I would use them again in a heartbeat, from both a candidate and employee point of view. Thank you Ryan, for making the process so easy and for being an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I cannot recommend Think Recruitment enough. After previous negative experiences with pushy recruiters who didn’t take the time to understand what I was looking for or capable of and then completely ghosted me, I was put off going through an agency again. After recently being made redundant, I applied for a role through the Think Recruitment website and was pleasantly surprised from the very beginning. They were genuinely different. I was treated with respect, and they took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for. I was never pushed towards a role I wasn’t interested in or that was not suitable; instead, they suggested suitable positions that aligned with my experience and interests. Sophie and Vicki were friendly and helpful, and Bobby has been absolutely amazing—supporting me throughout the entire process and keeping me regularly informed every step of the way. I really recommend going with Think Specialist Recruitment with Sophie Clarke, she has been an absolute star and helped me throughout my time looking for another job from February 2025 - the job market was hard and I had so much support with Sophie, although there was a few job roles that didn’t quite stick, in November when I nearly gave up, I finally had some luck and secured a job role with Sophie’s help and determination which I started at the beginning of January! I’m loving my new role! Sophie didn’t give up on me and I didn’t give up on her because I trusted that the right role would come up eventually.
