The Oval Partnership

Lucy actively messaged me regarding an employment opportunity that she felt I'd be suited for. Contrary to other recruiters I've dealt with, Lucy provided all the facts about the position at first contact to enable me to make a decision without having to first go through an entire recruitment process. Every step, I was kept informed about the progress of the application as well as useful feedback. When I was offered and accepted my new job, Lucy was still on hand to provide a check in and support. Also appreciated my branded notebook as a keepsake.

Clayton Hill recently placed me and was excellent. The whole recruitment process only took 4 weeks for initial contact to offer. He was very professional throughout with first class communication. He was very quick to come back to me with any queries and would highly recommend the Oval Partnership in future.

I can not recommend Charlotte & Clayton enough. I genuinely feel that they had my best interests at heart and really went on the journey with me to get my new role. They were invaluable and I can not thank them enough!

Clayton was very helpful and professional through the process, couldn’t recommend more highly to anyone.

“I’m truly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Kayleigh. They not only provided me with a great job opportunity but also guided me throughout the process with patience and professionalism. Their communication was clear, they understood my career goals, and they made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Kayleigh to anyone looking for the right opportunity and genuine career support.”

Oval Partnership have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They really took the time to understand me, my personality, my skills, and what I was looking for in my next role, and then matched me with a job that suited me perfectly. The communication from both Clayton and Toby was excellent throughout I’d highly recommend The Oval Partnership to anyone looking for a new role

I had a great experience working with Gemma Harris during my job search. She was super helpful and easy to talk to. She kept me in the loop the whole way through and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. What I appreciate the most was how supportive and encouraging she was. With her help, I ended up landing a role I'm really excited about. Definitely recommend working with Gemma if you're looking for someone who actually listens and wants to help you succeed.

Great recruitment agency. Really helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend them if you are looking for work or hiring staff.

I was recently contacted by Lucy at Oval about an opportunity in the food industry. She took the time to find out my work history, qualifications and personal circumstances and found a role that was perfect for me in terms of career progression but also managed to negotiate flexible hours to allow for child care commitments. The support provided for interview preparation was excellent, can not fault at all!

I was approached by Clayton, who ran his own employment agency. After seeing my CV on Total Jobs, he arranged an interview for me. I was truly amazed by the professional updates he provided step by step, which inspired me greatly. Ultimately, I secured the job. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Clayton for the exceptional five-star service I received. I can't thank you enough.
