Job Shop have been fantastic in helping me find work on two occasions now. They have always been very responsive, keeping me updated when new positions were opening and accommodating towards all of my needs and requests. I have recommended their services to many friends who have subsequently all found work through them too. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for work in the area.

Job shop have been really good to me i have been with them 7 months so far. They have always been really polite and quick to respond to what i need. They even managed to find me the perfect job to work at that can posibbly lead to a permanent position. I can not fault them. I have a child and when it comes to school holidays they are really understanding.

Very poor attention, they don't bother listen at all and don't show any interest. A man on his late fifties was on the left desk and she on her fifties as well was on the right desk next to the window. And of course they don't know me they didn't listen at all when I was talking. No take a sit please or what can I help you. Nothing.

Was deeply poorly when working alongside Job Shop Recruitment. In and out hospital getting scanned and checked unfortunately for the C word. I was extremely poorly. Job shop staff were not interested in my reasons for sickness. And made it abundantly clear they are only interested in looking for people to do their work. Didn't ask once for any form of sick note, or check if I was fit too work. But they were more than willing to leave disgruntled voice mails and to pull me from the contract. They don't seem interested in the well-being, and general health of the people they try to get work for. If you can't do the job. They shout at you over the phone. And routinely do not contact you. Also, good luck trying to get into the newton office branch to speak to an actual human. As the office hours they provide online aren't right, and they lock up the office when they want too it seems. Terrible agency, from my experiences with them.
