I'm unsure how there have been so many positive reviews of these bunch of jokers. Although it looks like I'm not the only one who found the whole experience utterly depressing, expensive and a complete waste of time. Issued a county court claim even when told time and time again that the recruit they sent to us lasted next to no time and left to another job which he was obviously applying for at the same time. Avoid.

Unlike others I have found this company absolutely appalling.

Very happy with my experience with this company, very friendly and organised! Especially George Stanyard!

The Business Connection is by far the best employment agency in Chester! They found me a full time, permanent role within weeks and I received constant updates and advice throughout. I am especially grateful to Romany, who looked after me so well; I couldn't rate her highly enough, so professional but yet personable and reassuring. Thank you to the whole team.

Absolutely fabulous from introduction to the initial starting days of a job. Lovely friendly office staff, always helpful and cheerful on the phone, delight to ring. Especially my constant contact with George who was exceptional in finding me a very well suited job- would 100% recommend and if needed too, use again. Thanks guys!!!!!!

Couldn’t be any happier with this company! I applied for a job online and was contacted by Connor at the recruitment agency, the job I applied for was already gone but he found me another job within the same company and secured me an interview. He sent me lots of information and tips for the interview and was really supportive throughout the process and was always just a phone call away. I have now secured a job thanks to him and everyone at the business connection. I would definitely recommend using this company, they are reliable, helpful and so friendly. I will definitely use them again if I need help in the future!! Thank you so much
