I was a bit lost as to what I wanted to do with my life when Phoebe Hookway contacted me and gave me a fantastic job opportunity. She guided me through the whole interview process and gave me fantastic pointers to work with. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Thatcher Associates over a number of years most particularly when I first worked in the Bristol area in 1993 and then again from 1996. My contact was Chris Bull and he and I quickly gained a level of trust and confidence that is required between recruitment agencies and Construction Companies to ensure that both parties understand the brief of what is required. Chris and I continue to discuss opportunities time keeping appraised of the wellbeing of each other and I am really pleased that he and I can just have a conversation regarding the industry even when there is no actual requirement for recruitment.
