Tandem Personnel

I had the best recruitment experience possible with Tandem personnel. Initial phone call was not a painful experience as can be with some recruitment agencies. Interview set up to accommodate my time restraints with me being kept updated at all times before and after the interview/trade test. Contracts negotiated on my behalf and to my satisfaction first time. Nothing was too much trouble. And just in time for Christmas.🎄 I thoroughly recommend Tandem Personnel. Thank you so much Gabi.👍👍

I had an amazing experience with Tandem personnel, and I cannot thank Ruth enough for her exceptional support and professionalism throughout the process. From our first interaction, Ruth took the time to understand my skills, experience, and career aspirations, and she went above and beyond to match me with the perfect opportunity. Her communication was outstanding—she kept me informed at every stage, provided valuable interview tips, and always made me feel like a priority. Ruth's dedication and friendly approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Thanks to her efforts, I’ve landed a role that aligns perfectly with my goals, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Tandem, especially Ruth, to anyone seeking a recruitment agency that truly cares about its candidates.

I call up and ask for work they say they don’t have any but I checked there page before hand and they have loads of work but told me there isn’t anything for me.

It was nice to deal with a professional outfit as there are a lot of poor recruitment firms out there. Even though I managed to be re-employed through another service, the Tandem Personnel team (and Ruth in particular) were really helpful and supportive during my career change experience providing excellent advice while keeping me informed of all available positions based around my requirements so I am very happy to recommend them

Last month my partner was relocated from Dorset to Suffolk. Contacted Tandam and explained that i needed work within the next few months. Within the week Gabi organised an interview with a company which suited my skill set. Now I work work for a good company in my desired area. Tandem. Great service, fantastic staff. Thank you kindly.

I was employed as a temp by Tandem from 27/05/2021 to 09/06/2023. I had previously been registered with many different agencies for many different lengths of time as I sought fresh employment after the 2019 demise of the previous firm I worked for. The overall service I had while with Tandem leaves all of those others behind. If someone comes to me asking for a recommendation of an agency to join, I will point them straight to Tandem. Thank you all.

Five star service from start to finish. From the starting point in finding me a dream job , keeping me updated all the way through the process of interviews , work trials and correspondence. many thanks Gabi and the team.

Really happy with my 9 months being with them. Super helpful and friendly
