Massive shoutout to Ed who has been extremely efficient and professional from the word go! Unfortunately I was made redundant a couple of weeks ago and the situation in general has been quite stressful. As you can imagine when your job security has been thrown out the window, I went into panic mode and applied for most sales/admin based roles I could find. Ed tried to call and just left a message asking me to call to discuss a role I applied for (standard really). But there was no spam calls, no pressure, just a great pitch over voicemail for a local drainage company. So I called back when I had the time and he went through the role meticulously with me, describing all aspects of the role and going out of his way to find out answers for any rogue questions I had. I had about 4-5 other interviews over the course of that week, and Ed wished me luck on every single one which I think is a true testament to his character but also great professionalism because he didn’t have to do that! He prepped me for both my phone and in-person interview with the drainage company, really helping me feel at ease and keeping me confident. He’s also been on hand for any questions I had in the meantime via WhatsApp or phone. Finding your next career move is such a big and personal step and often scary (especially when you’ve been made redundant with a months notice). So to have Ed on the end of the phone, being super professional but also very easy to talk to, has made a huge difference! And I’m happy to say I’ve now been offered the job, and super excited to start my next chapter- All thanks to Ed!

I really didn't want to be making this review as I'm sure the company has helped many people into job roles but unfortunately a very unprofessional employee named Ed sent me a very unprofessional message on WhatsApp in regards to my job search. I told Ed over text that I was looking for work and that I did NOT want a sales job. Of course as he works in recruitment there is a sales element to his job and I recognised this straight away as I worked in sales myself. He told me about an opportunity in Ringwood which I told him before hand Bournemouth was ideal but I decided to listen. He them told me about a job where you quote customers a few for unblock gutters or drains, I can't remember specifically but it's my job to close the quote but of course in his sales way tried to make it out like it's customer service. If I need to convince someone to take the quote there and there and it's commission based, that's sales... This a target, pressure environment which I was not looking for at all. All my needs were ignored location wise and job wise. I choose to hang up on him as I felt disrespected by his disregard for my needs and I moved on. Unfortunately Ed did not... He then proceeded to send me multiple texts and emails, which of course I ignored. In sales or recruitment, hang ups are part of the job and he was clearly getting emotional that I had rejected his pitch. I then get another call today in which he used a different number meaning he knew I blocked the last number he called on. Yet again, desperation and emotional just because I don't feel he provided the service I needed. To then top it off, I blocked him again and he then messaged me on WhatsApp! And I quote ''why are you hanging up on me mate" Firstly I ain't his mate and he knows I'm clearly not interested as I have blocked his number multiple times. If I choose to hang up on you it's my choice, stop getting in your feelings and move on to your next lead and act professional. Needs to be told by management to learn from this and conduct himself better, in addition to not SPAM me with multiple messages, calls and emails and essentially telling me off over WhatsApp like I owe him an explanation. Totally unprofessional and I would not recommend Ed as a recruitment agent.

I have recently finished college and I was found by Enya and Suzi, they are amazing at what they do and have been so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend they both get a pay rise.

Enya Compton was honestly amazing in the phone today, she described everything I would be doing if I was employed and such a lovely person to talk with as she was very professional in how she handled the call and treated me with respect and kindness and allowed me to make opinions and ask questions when necessary. Quite honestly one of the best if not the best spokes person I have ever encountered on the phone. Lovely stuff.

I have talked to many recruitment agencies to find a job, but none like this one. The staff is very friendly, especially Jim, they work and respond super fast, but best of all, they care and take care of you at all times. In less than a week, I was already working! If you are looking for a job, you are in the right place.

WOW!!!!!!!! What a tremendous service by Talent Sure. If you are looking for a career move then ask for Ella. Ella has been responsive, honest, VERY caring and just truly amazing throughout my career move. Ella is a true asset to the company and she should be recognised for the fantastic work she puts In as I wouldn't of found my next job without Ella's help and persistence.
