Synergy Medical

Seem to be a collection of many different agencies, presumably for accounting purposes. I was recently transferred between agencies in a very difficult and trying process which was puzzling when the Whatsapp address remained the same, as did street address and some staff. Communication is overall not the best but they do pay more or less on time and pay is often correct. Quite pleasant when they do communicate, referring to workers as "dear" and, if referring by name, often get your name right. They very rarely sign off so it isn't possible to know which individual you are talking to. Overall okay.

I had an excellent experience with Synergy CRS and especially with Pablo Puerto. From the first call everything was clear, professional, and very polite. The process was smooth, the communication outstanding, and I felt fully supported at every step. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and respectful recruitment support.

I will never recommend this agency ..they will waste your time Ive waste my time twice..they will give you hope and than will not given you shift..they don't Wath they do ..they are not organised at all.

An excellent agency, has good pay rate and good support system for their staff. One of them I can't keep quiet over is Prateek, he will make sure you are okay with the shift you have chosen and able to find your way around. Always reminding you to send your timesheet for payment and they pay weekly right on time. Kudos to Synergy medical 👍👍👍

Very unprofessional agency just don’t know what they want and manager who works there named Pablo very unprofessional and inexperienced to dial with people . Doesn’t even speak English so can’t even think how can he work in a office . They have wasted my time twice for nothing in the end so highly not recommended very very fake staff agency !…

This e-mail is in the matter of this timesheet has not been payed.I should be payed on friday the 29th but money never came în my account. I called my consultant T.and she said everything is ok from her site .I was calling Maxipay my payroll Company and them said that did not received nothing from you.As, all other Agencies which I am working with ,was made the payment already and becouse all the time Synergy is paying late and all the time I have to call many times for my money,then I tend to think that the problem is with Synergy. Never în time,never with accuratly, all the time some less money then should be.Before me to take legal action against your Company maybe a answer from you is better to coming.Is not professional what Synergy is doing with their candidates and is not fair on us becouse we are the one running Synergy business with our hard work! What I am saying în this e-mail, will going on your website as well,so all nurses and HCA what will wants to register with you,will knows how you are paying their hard work. Carmen Akhtar

It's a very good Agency to work it

I was a bit skeptical about working for an agency. This is a fantastic agency to work for. My coordinator Aminah is a diamond always get good shifts and never any problems with getting paid. Proffesional, friendly and reliable.

So far Synergy Medical has been an excellent work place. Very responsive when you come up with issues to solve. My recruitment consultant, Amina Yasmin act more like a friend than a consultant. She is exceptional and so is Synergy medical. I will recommend Synergy medical all over again.

Synergy medical is an amazing company to work for.. Michelle has looked after me since the day I started. Always get shifts.work is always available. Always get paid pay rate is excellent. I would highly recommend this company I rate it very highly staff are amazing and attentive....thanks synergy
